How we choose
A recommendation should explain the job, the constraints and the evidence.
Begin with the reader’s task
We help cat households choose and use equipment around the actual cat, the available space and the daily care routine.
Define the outcome and the constraints before building a shortlist. Compare relevant dimensions, compatibility, maintenance, replacement parts and total cost where they apply. Retain a useful option even when it has no affiliate program.
Keep evidence visible
Equipment recommendations need model identification, dimensions, cleaning observations and documented use. Nutrition targets and clinical advice belong with a veterinary professional; this site does not diagnose symptoms.
Explain the decision
A recommendation should state who the option suits, which limitation could rule it out and which observations support the conclusion. Separate manufacturer specifications, independent references and original observations. Commercial relationships do not replace evidence.
